  • Cook or boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Put half a cup of pasta water aside before draining.
  • Heat the olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté over medium heat until fragrant.
  • Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta, mixing well to coat with the flavorful oil.
  • If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Season to taste. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and toss until melted.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
